Exploring new places teaches us more about ourselves by getting to know the differences of the people around us. We don’t often get a chance to leave behind our daily lives, so reading and writing about travel is the next best step to discovering the world we desire to know better.
As the Editor in Chief of Souvenirs Magazine, I hired a completely fresh staff of writers, editors, designers and leaders. I motivated them in writing about seeing the world during a global pandemic when travel was forbidden and print material was unwelcome. Under my leadership, my team published two print magazines, one digital magazine, and over 30 blog posts related to discovering oneself from venturing into the unknown.
